Third ☂ Text

Many of you seem to be unhappy.

We don't all necessarily want you to be happy, but acceptance and adaptation to your situation would be a start. The only question that remains is: how?

It is clear to us that your species resolves many issues through communication. Unfortunately, none of us understand the human psyche as clearly as others of your species, and so I leave it to you to communicate with and to help one another.

You may consider this post an open forum in which you can discuss what's been bothering you. In turn, I will conceal your identities, so that you may help one another without preconceived biases. If you'd like to reveal yourselves to one another, the option is there, but unnecessary.

Heal. Recover.

I'll leave you to it.

Yes, of course, there is no need to take me seriously. Ignorance is bliss.

hard to take you seriously when you sound like every textbook psychopath. but subtlety is probably not your strong suit.

Psychopathy is a human condition.

have found it to be a condition that extends beyond just humans. anything living and thinking is capable of getting sick in the head.

Define "living". Biologists can't seem to agree on one definition.

if you go by the clinical definition, "living" would be an organism with a pulse, moving and breathing.
think it's more complicated than that, tho. came from a world where sentience applies to more than just biological subjects.

then you can also see that insanity is not limited to one species, organic or otherwise.

Perhaps it isn't. But psychopathy is supposedly an "abnormality" in the human species which is due to their brain chemistry. No other species shares a human's brain chemistry, therefore the definition of "psychopath" can only extend to humans.

supposedly, but not necessarily. you could argue that there are various types of animals that exhibit symptoms of psychopathy, as they sometimes kill not for food or survival but for sport.
some even share similar mental disorders humans do.

but that might be bordering more on philosophical discussion than scientific. guess it depends on your views of morals vs. nature.
just know that, for several humans, killing is fun.
have seen that behavior in other species as well.

I have no doubt that other animals enjoy killing and violence for sport.

But at the very least, where I come from, humans are the only organic species with sentience. They can judge their actions, and yet they fail to see their hypocrisy very time.

and where i come from, humans aren't the only ones guilty of hypocrisy.
hell you can get a load of that from any non-human here - including the ones responsible for our care.
