how is it even raining inside
this is stupid
it shouldn't be able to rain without ever getting to see the sky!! get it together, gods
do you guys think we need to worry about the lake or river overflowing? we don't really have anything to stop them if we do. a little too late to start making sandbags or walls
and if people need a dry place to stay i'm on the 8th floor of spire one of the apartments, i'm way above sea level. i got floor space for you if you need it but i'm also working on fixing up some leaks
stuck inside due to bad weather with no TV or video games or anything. this place sucks.

We might as well start now. If this happened once, it could happen again, and then at least we'd be ready.

1) shovels
2) bags
3) sand
i mean there's some around the river we could use but it's kinda more like mud atm
do we have supplies for a wall? i feel like that's the kind of project that would take like architects and stuff
Re: [text]
Agreed, using the sand in the river also seems self defeating.
If we can find the supplies, I can come up with the designs.

see the big problem in this stupid place is that the only way you can get anything is by asking the gods. it's so stupid. we might as well ask them to just not make it rain that much
but hell if you ever need a wall built and need some muscle, i'm your guy
Re: [text]
Someone told me that these Gods are feeding off of us. So. Asking for them to stop sounds counter intuitive.
But we could bargain for the supplies. Surely there's something they want in return for some sandbags or building materials?

that's how someone told me it worked anyway. we were thinking of things to do when trying to get the arcade machines
Re: [text]
That sounds just....great. I'll make sure not to ask Delight for anything.
Arcade machines? I haven't seen one of those in like 50 years.

Do you wish to be apprehended? I am sure being imprisoned within the Guard Headquarters would be most entertaining for you.

That is all the more reason to make note of it. We can recognize patterns, should a similar thing occur again.

what i should do is get locked in at the speakeasy, then at least i'd be stuck somewhere with entertainment. i think it's worth the risk!

Also now he's wondering if he's not supposed to tell people about the arcade, but there's no way that could remain a secret, right?]

[Like before, very shamelessly public and for all to see -- including Sans. But this is one of those things she thinks begs to be out in the open anyway.]

If we must, we should climb on top of our buildings to take refuge.
You are very kind.

[Someone calling HIM kind? What a rare treat. Mostly this is just an excuse to ask for company since he's always lonely.]
oh you know, it's nothing. hopefully it won't get that bad but in case anyone gets flooded out, my place is open
