I make it a point of principle not to eat anything glowing.

Why on earth would you try? There's food in the stores. I'll grant you it's hardly gourmet, but it's a fair sight better than insects. Jesus.

I thought maybe I could try. Tejirof says I need to be more open-minded with food.

[ He means "don't just eat sweets" though. ]

Well, fair enough, but was Tejirof specifically talking about magical insects? Because that wouldn't be my first port of call. What if they hurt you? Either because they're glowing insects or because they come with magic.

I really don't think you should.

[ This translates along the lines of, 'I can't believe you're even considering it', but there we go. ]

We don't have magical insects in Consume.

I know how to use healing magic though, so I can heal myself if I need to.

All right, but hear me out. You also have the option of not eating the magical insects, and not needing to heal yourself at all.

I mean, why would you do it in the first place? They hardly look very appetizing, and we have plenty of normal food right there in the stores!

I was thinking that maybe they might be tasty.

Or, on the other hand, disgusting, or poisonous.
