[Ideally, Dorian would have preferred that his first network post be something a little more dignified and witty, but well that's just not happening. Maybe he should have done one before now if he was hoping to make a better first impression.]
[Right now he just looks annoyed and exasperated, a bit of light sparkling off his piercings from the lightning that he just used to kill a despair demon. Don't mind the frost that's coming off the wound on his shoulder, he'll be fine]
Alright, so demons in the city. Wonderful time, yes? I'm sure everyone is going to have a grand time with this.
Firstly, yes these things can be killed by normal means. Do enough damage and they will die just as well as anything else. That having been said, they take quite a lot of damage. I would advise against taking them on by yourself. Find some friends who are good at murdering things. Murdering demons is always more fun with friends, right?
Secondly, if you can use magic, or have any sort of... [he waves a hand] abilities, or even a particularly active imagination that tends to leak out into the rest of the world, do not talk to them. At all. They are not your friends, they will not give you whatever it is they are promising you. Even if you've the magical ability of a rock I would advise against listening to a single thing they have to say. They can and will possess you, and there is no cure for it. It's either kill you or let you kill everyone around you while a demon takes your body for a joy ride.
Thirdly, the large green tears in the air. Those are where they're coming out of. I would suggest avoiding them until they can all be closed. Yes, they can be closed, it is being worked on.
[He pauses, looking thoughtful]
I think that's everything. Try not to die, alright?

[He pauses, because he doesn't want anyone that's not possessed to get killed or hurt, so he wants to phrase this carefully]
You are most likely to encounter a demon in your dreams, that's where it will bargain and try to wheedle it's way into getting control of you. Someone under the influence of a demon... will behave differently than normal, stop talking to people they might normally be close to. So if you don't know the person then you might not be able to tell if they are being influenced by a demon or not.

Do you have suggestions if we suspect possession, but can't be certain? This could end with a lot of bodies. [ Not that she won't do what needs to be done when it comes down to it, but she'd rather not. ]

[If people can still get possessed in Thedas where it's very well known that you don't talk to fucking demons he doubts that it's going to be much better here.]

[there's a beat because sarcasm aside]
Is there somewhere you should hit them specifically? Like in the head? With a baseball bat?
Re: video;
[Goodie, someone who speaks Sarcasmian almost as well as Dorian]
The head is as good a place as any. There are some that a certain type of damage will do more good, but those are rather easy to figure out, a demon that looks like it's on fire won't be too fond of ice, one that shoots ice from it's hands doesn't like fire, but other than that any grievous amount of damage should do the trick.

No way to ward 'em off or anything?
Re: video
Ah, well no. Other than being boring and uninteresting. Which I ah, don't think is a problem for you.
[Okay yeah he has to ask]
Do you always look like that?

Zombies, dragons and now demons? He sighed and shook his concerned, tired head. ]
What do they look like, these demons of yours?
Re: video;
Well, that depends on what type of demon you're encountering. Rage, Despair, Desire, Fear, Pride, all of them look and behave in different ways.
Though I'd hardly call them mine, that's taking far too much credit.

[So she can help someone if she needs to. And being Jill, she'll probably engage in combat.]
Before there were zombies here and some were infected, but after a couple of weeks, the infected are cured. Maybe the same will happen to anyone who's possessed, so... try not to kill them, alright?
Re: Video
[He's seen Pride demons take out whole squads, he doesn't want some normal person with delusions of badassery to get killed]
[The sound he makes is... unimpressed]
And what precisely do you propose we do with them? The possessed are strong, and if they've magical abilities they can do quite a lot of damage. They're not going to leave us alone if we ask nicely.
Especially given that the dead resurrect here, I'd much rather be put down than have to watch while some demon kills my friends with my body.
[His jaw is set in that stubborn way that his friends know]
Even without the guarantee of resurrection, I would hope to be put down before I could kill innocents.

How are those tears being handled? Magic, I'm assuming?
Re: Video;
[He nods]
After a fashion. A... friend of mine has the ability to close and re-open them at will, though we've never had this same result.

But, as with most things, if you do enough damage, it will die. I haven't met a creature yet that appreciated getting it's limbs hacked off.
If I might offer some more advice, they tend to come in groups. I suggest you do the same.
