Maybe you should have authority? Not everyone is going to like you for it but it would be for the greater good.

I intend to do something about it, just lacking the manpower and approval. Wasn't really trying to help, mostly venting my frustrations with this place, possibly a feeler call to see if anyone likeminded could help. I mean, if I had the chance to do what you do, I wouldn't be put off or back down from doing the right thing.
