While we debate over Delight's fate, I would like to share what little I can offer to provide relief to everyone.
[The camera pans over to one of the various pools of water, which is partially frozen over.]
The heat will melt it soon enough, and the ice magic itself is only temporary. But for anyone in need of ice or cold water, I can provide it. Meet me by Hope's pool if you wish to make use of such an offer.
[Belatedly, he realises he should explain himself--] My name is Fox. I apologise for wishing to remain anonymous, but you will easily identify me by the mask you see now.
[Perhaps the secrecy is excessive, and anyone perceptive enough might identify him by voice, regardless. But he wants to keep both his powers and his secret identity, well, secret, particularly when it's become harder to know who to trust since Delight's betrayal. A Phantom Thief can never be too careful.]

Sadly, I don't have umbrellas of any variety.

Nothing. Everyone has pooled their resources together in this time of scarcity, and thus I wished to do the same.
... Although, some food wouldn't go amiss, from anyone who can spare it. It would give me the energy needed produce more ice without growing tired.
