[ Eleven didn't really want to have to ask for help from anyone, not with her current project anyways but it seemed she was having a hard time scavenging the items she required.

As usual, the phone floated around her from a slight hight, using her ability to control it, leaving her hands free to rummage through the debris and trash. She wore her pink dress and wig today, there had been an influx of new people arriving and she didn't want to draw any unnecessary attention. ]

I need... I need.

[ The word goggles had slipped her mind, so instead Eleven cupped her hands together sideways and held them over her eyes. She hoped it looked like glasses or something recognizable. ]

Black. Paint or fabric?

[ Going back to digging through rubbish, tossing things behind her that were of no use. Then, she suddenly stood up and turned to face the camera. She has a question on the tip of her tongue. ]

The water. Can we float?

Glasses? You can borrow mine but only if I have them back right away, I can't see shit.

[ He shrugs. The rest is probably just her being crazy, so he doesn't really comment on that. ]

Why?

[ Oh Richie, that's so sweet of you to offer. If only he knew what she wanted to do with them. ]

[ Eleven stopped rummaging and let the phone float back down into her hand, so that she could better see Richie. ]

I need them to communicate. Cover my eyes.

[ There's an eager look in her eyes as she talks to him. ]

Can I have them now?

You need glasses? To help you see or for safety? I don't know about paint, but I might be able to help you find some fabric.

[Abigail's always looking for ways to cover her own scars. If that's the issue, she'll help, but she's not sure what's on this girl's mind.]

Float like swimming?

Yes. No, so I can't see.

[ She covers her eyes, trying to explain this was harder than she realized. ]]

Fabric to go inside glasses. Make it dark.

[ A small smile and a nod. It was kind of Abigail to want to help, she'd make sure to keep an eye out for her in future. ]

Yes. On top of the water. Like this.

[ Spreading her arms out at her sides. ]

[ Wash has a bad feeling about this request. Something tells him that it's related to her experimentation, to communicating with home. He still doesn't want to destroy her hope, but it could be dangerous for her to keep trying things. Maybe it's time to tell her to stop? ]

Why, Eleven?

[ It's not his fault though. Eleven has been putting off the idea of this little experiment for a while now. She's worried it will fail and then, well... All hope is lost. ]

No distractions this way.

[George can't help her with the other stuff, but she at least has an answer for the rest of it]

Yeah, we can float in the river or the lake, but I think there are monsters in the lake.

Oh...

[ A little deflated, but that doesn't stop her for long. ]

Can we take water from the lake? Take it home?

[ She's forgotten the word for bathtub and she's pretty sure there are no inflatable pools around here. ]

[Margaery looks disheveled and like she's spent a large amount of time crying, but this is Eleven. if she can help, she will]

I have black fabric at the sewing shop.

[nope, no pools. unless you count the pools around the gods' temples]

Yeah, we can get some water and take it to my house. We'll need some buckets to carry it in, though.

[ They could work? If no one is around and it's kept private, maybe? ]

Buckets?

[ She looks around but all she can find are some old paper bags and a few trinkets. ]

No other way?

[ Her powers aren't nearly advanced enough that she could start moving water telekinetically otherwise she'd try. ]

[ The first thing Eleven notices is the slight sound of Margaery's voice. She normally sounds so happy and genuine. Now? Now she sounds as if she's trying as if she's putting on a brave face. El picks up on it. ]

Can I have it?

[ A slight frown after she askes her question. ]

Can you help me?

[ Maybe she can distract her for a bit? It's what a friend would do, right ]

Well, I guess it would work if we used big pots or jugs or something. It would just take a lot more trips.

[George is willing to commandeer the house's pot collection if nothing else]

[well, in the past couple of weeks, she's lost the man she loves and has spent all of her time holed up in her apartment. she's definitely trying to put on a brave face (and apparently failing at it)]

Yes, of course you may.

I can help you. Do you know where the Sewing Shop is, or would you rather we meet at the shops?

[definitely what a friend would do. <3 ]

Nothing bigger?

[ She looked a little more concerned now. Sure, she could just rip one of the bathtubs from a home out, use her powers to transport it to the water source... But that would be a lot of mess and hassle, plus she needed the tub where it was really. ]

Pots and jugs. Okay!

[ A bright smile was offered. This plan had to work! It just had to! Especially now other people were getting involved. El would hate to let them all down. ]

[ Oh that's terrible... Eleven has only just learned about the ache you get in your chest when you lose people or the person you love. She'd hate to know Margaery felt that way too. ]

[ A sweet smile and some coy fussing with her wig. ]

No. Never been. Meet at the shops, okay?

I don't have anything bigger here, sorry.

[George would appreciate her not ripping out the house bathtub. she'd get in so much trouble with her housemates]

Okay, cool. I'll meet you at the shops, then we can go to the river?

[George smiles back and carries her phone along with her as she goes to the kitchen to pick up a large soup pot and a jug]

[Margaery misses him terribly, but she's determined to go to his world when the time comes to leave. that's about all that's keeping her going these days. and if she knew that Eleven felt the same way, she'd give her a big hug]

It's the least I can do.

[she smiles back, but it doesn't quite meet her eyes]

Okay. I'll see you soon.

[she hesitates at the door for a moment before taking a deep breath, opens it, and leaves]

It's okay.

[ El smiled, she was thankful for George's help, truly she was!

Ah yes, the river. That brought El to a new question. ]

Show me how to float? Won't work, if don't float.

[ Instead of simply sitting down and waiting for George to arrive, El started to sort out as many objects as she could collect water in. ]

[ El thought that Richie was Mike... She cried, in private once it was clear it wasn't him. Still gets her in the chest whenever she sees or talks to him. Missing someone special was a horrible thing. ]

[ Copying the words, watching and noticing the smile looked a little off. She wouldn't mention it though, not that she'd know what to even say about it! Still, she appreciated the help and in the time it took Margaery to arrive, she was trying to muse up ideas to cheer her up. ]

[spires and houses pass as she makes her way towards El]

Float? In the river? That might be kinda dangerous, since the river flows. Maybe we should try something else first?

[she arrives at the shops and looks for El]

[it's the worst thing in the world, missing someone special.

Margaery arrives at the shops and calls out (in a voice that sounds almost normal. almost)]

El? I'm here. Are you ready?

Do you mean glasses, miss? Are you nearsighted?

Hey, kid? What do you need, honey?

[Not that Alana has a lot to share, but she can help look. She isn't even questioning who the hell is holding the phone up...]

I mean sure, but I'd have to be with you whatever you do and you have to promise not to break them.

[ God she's weird in the coolest way ]
