Long story short is that it's a whale and the old dude is hellbent on catching the thing. Like a vendetta sort of deal.

Be mindful if you decide to eat anything you catch. I'm not certain how equipped the clinic is for poisonings.

I prefer the pools just outside the city. Sure, you have to guard your back against monsters but the fish are at least edible. On the small side, though.
