I ended up near that creepy foggy area, initially... but I've looked around. Tranquilly and Delight's Temples are both here, and I've located the Speakeasy and a watchtower. There are no residences here to speak of. But there are mopeds. [He says that last bit rather sarcastically.] The gods could have at least seen fit to replace those with boats.
