If you're fond of hacking at someone with a sword and didn't bring your own, then you're in luck. If not, yeah, it's not very useful.

[Lance is--probably obviously--not so much a fan of getting up close and personal in a fight; just the opposite, actually. He did learn to use some of the armoury weapons out of necessity, but he's definitely not great with them and finds the building mostly useless.]
