[Nico would prefer to just use the voice option and nothing else but he's not sure if people will recognize him by his voice alone, so he reluctantly uses the video option, looking none too pleased about... well, anything.]

I have a few things to say about recent events.

First, if anyone saw me playing or talking about a game called Mythomagic, it's a kids game and I don't play it anymore. I... used to [Reluctantly confesses] but I haven't for years so don't ask me if I have the cards or if I can teach you how to play because I don't and I can't.

Second, if I had any... personal conversations with you, I would appreciate it very much if you would please keep that information to yourself, thanks.

Third, who was responsible for that whole thing? [Because he would like to punch them in the face.] Having my memories messed with once before was already one time too many and I don't appreciate it happening again.

Last... I know it was completely fake but... I just... wanted to say thank you to the people I thought were my family... for being kind to me. So thank you. [That's just about the only good thing that happened, in his opinion. People were nice to him.

And now he's going to go do some tunnel exploring and let off some steam.]

[Of all the things, feeling trapped and losing his memories were one of Nico's greatest fears. How could they know be?]

It's not exactly one of my top ten things I enjoy either.

[But Nico's had it so much worse.]

So use it. Use that anger and focus it. We'll go into the tunnels together. Let's kill some monsters, Nico. You and me. Let's get enough ambrosia to not only heal us and Annabeth for along time, let's get enough to make some greek fire.

Let's show these gods what we've been training for and who they pissed off.

[He's silent for a moment, letting those words sink in. When he speaks again, there's far less raw anger and frustration in his tone.]

... Nobody can hear what we're saying right now, right? [Because he has something he wants to make sure that Will and only Will will hear.]

[Will does something on the phone--admittedly he had to ask someone how to do it the first time. He always forgets it's something you need to do. It's not like that's necessary with an Iris message.]

We are now. What is it?

Okay. [HE'S TRUSTING YOU, WILL.] Because after hearing that?

I really want to kiss you.

You're really good at that, you know. Knowing what someone needs to hear and getting them to calm down.

[Will is trying really hard not to laugh, because what Nico just said is so sweet and touching and completely neurotic. If Will hadn't known just how much better Nico had gotten in the six months they'd been together it would have been sad. As it was, it was a triumph.]

Good. Stay right there and you'll be able to in a few minutes. Kissing, killing monsters. Very romantic. I hear the tunnels are in the top five romantic getaway spots in the cave.

I know you Nico. And I'm glad I do.

Let me guess, they're also in the only five getaway spots in the cave too. But it's a date.

Me too. [Even if it still boggles his brain why.] You... help. A lot. [He just hopes he's able to help Will during the times Will needs support as much as Will does when he needs it.

Then something else occurs to him.]

... Wait, how do you know where I am? Do these things have tracking devices in them?

Um. Not that I know of? But you kind of left a trail behind you. I played 'follow the frost and dead grass'. It's a fun game I'm fond of playing when you get...irritated. Besides, it's not rocket science to figure out where you'd go. The caves are pretty much the closest thing to the underworld here, right?

[And there were monsters. It was like double the fun. Dark, enclosed dankness and death! Will gave a grin.]

It's a lovely spot for a date. We can share some nectar over monster corpses. I hear these ones don't disintegrate.

[He paused.]

And are edible. Too bad Leo's not here. He could make monster tacos.

... Oh. Right. [Mild sheepish look. Now that he knows Will's following him though, he's stopped to wait for him to catch up.]

Urgh. I'm not sure how I feel about actually eating what we find. Let's just stick with stabbing things for now?

... You think there might be some bones out there? [Musing now, wonders if they would stick around if he brought any back into the city or if they would disappear like bodies supposedly do.]

Probably. I mean, most things have bones, right? And if they don't disappear like regular monsters.......I see where you're going with this.

I look forward to your army of monsters.

[Will ran, because it was fun, and because Nico was waiting for him now. Also, that sheepish look was so cute. He had a kiss to claim.]

I have to make do with what I have, right?

[Oh shush, you.]

Hey, if I had to choose between monster bones and people bones? I'd take the monster bones. They'd look way cooler.

Probably less unnerving for people who aren't used to seeing bones move around too.

See! Now you're thinking! Exactly.

[Will could start to see Nico now, so he severed the connection and started sprinting toward the finish line. Finally within reach he slowed down, and reached for Nico, leaning in for that kiss. Now that they were alone, monsters not yet upon them, he wasn't letting him get away. He had no excuses, no escape.]

Miss me?

[Nico raises his eyebrow when he sees Will running towards him, because he's standing right here waiting for you, you dolt. He will accept and reciprocate that kiss though.] Actually... During that whole thing...? I did. I just didn't realize it because I didn't remember.

[You had better accept that kiss, because he was kissing you even if you pouted. Especially if you were pouting. That just meant you needed a hug and a kiss even more. You know how you get Nico. Will knew how you got.]

I'm sorry I got a little lost during that whole thing. You found me that time. Thanks for remembering me even when you didn't.

[Some boyfriend he was. He gets brainwashed and totally forgets Nico. Nico gets brainwashed and still goes after him. Funny how life works out. Or maybe 'funny' wasn't the word for it.Horrible, obnoxious, grating.]

[He smiles ever so slightly at that.] I don't think I could ever forget you even if I tried, Will Solace. [And he will lean in to kiss him again because nobody's watching.]

[Oooh, Will Solace was lucking out, two kisses in a quick span! Of course, he would have been a little more happy if Nico had dared to do so when people were in danger of watching, but one step at a time. The mere fact that he did it was cause for celebration. He leaned into the kiss, taking full advantage, and pulling Nico into his arms.]

You're some boyfriend, you know that?

[He allows the hold, raising his eyebrows in light amusement as he settles his own arms loosely around Will's waist.] That had better be a compliment.

[Will held Nico in his arms. It wasn't the most romantic location ever, but it would do. Especially after the couple of weeks they had. He had lots of kisses to make up for.]

Always. You remembered me, when I forgot you.

[He leaned in for another kiss.]

And I'm sorry.

Now, do you still want to kill some monsters or can we find a more scenic place to make out?

[He hums into the kiss, masking it as if he's thinking about Will's proposition when he's really just enjoying kissing him, then gives a little sigh of mock defeat.] I guess we can find somewhere else to make out. [He honestly doesn't sound that put out about it though.]

[Will was quite enjoying that kiss, so he didn't complain, pulling on Nico's lower lip playfully.]

Good. Some of the gods have orchards. Let's go.

[And since they were together, Will hoped Nico had very little chance of killing them. They were a food source Nico. Don't kill the trees.]

[Nico quirks an eyebrow at that.] Orchards, huh. [Don't worry, Will - keep him happy and the trees will be safe and it's not hard for you to make him happy since... you kind of do it just by being there. He steps back enough he can easily see Will's hands, reaching down and grasping them with a light squeeze before letting go of one.] Lead the way then.
