If anyone has information about the Door that is not yet public knowledge, now would be a good time to share it.

Additionally, if you are capable of fending off the types of creatures that appear in the Colosseum and have at least some modicum of intellectual capacity... or at least the ability to read and not touch things you've been told not to, I'm looking for assistance. Contact me.

Very well. I will see you shortly.

[She can understand caution. She's deliberately been relatively neutral in public forums with regards to the gods and the Null, and truth be told, she feels no real loyalty to either side. There are individuals here who have earned her loyalty, and she doesn't wish anyone trapped here ill, so ultimately she's on her own side and she's willing to work with others whose goals might align with hers.

She arrives promptly.

Would I be correct in the assumption that you intend to locate the door before the Null do?

I got that impression as well. I'm not certain they could even identify it more easily than any of us could, at this point. It may be just as foreign to them as it is to us.

[She's not eager to sacrifice one of the most useful gods who has arguably helped them more than absolutely necessary for he and his kind to benefit from their emotions. She can make some logical assumptions about his stance on things based on his past actions. There is nothing to go on with the Null, other than their past willingness to go to extremes.]

I would rather see the Door in the hands of the people here than either the Null or the gods. If the energy that powers it is magical in nature, I should be able to track it even if the gods find it and move it.

Did I claim to be an expert in such matters? I was speaking in hypothetical terms, saying that if the energy powering the door is magical in nature that I should be able to track it. I did not draw any conclusion about what the Door was powered by.

[But she'll elaborate a bit on what she can do pertaining to multidimensional space.]

I have been able to successfully strike a target in a pocket dimension with my magic, I can call forth my sword by manipulating dimensional space, and there is a parallel universe connected to mine. I may not have studied such matters scientifically, but I have some familiarity with the concept.

[She has tried, it just hasn't been very hard. She's not in a hurry to go back home. She was fifteen minutes away from death there. She wants to go to someone else's world, which necessitates working with someone more likely to be able to figure out the intracacies of how to operate the Door.]

I have made some attempts, but it took me a while to distinguish the gods' magic from the magic of people here, as well as people's powers who are similar to magic, plus any monsters that have magical ability. The dilemma is in sorting out what energy belongs to whom or what when the new arrivals come.

[She pauses, trying to think of another way to explain it.]

Imagine a crowded room full of people playing musical instruments, where some of the instruments and songs are familiar to you, but others are not. Trying to find an unfamiliar instrument playing an unfamiliar song becomes a process of elimination, with a lot of distractions to filter out. It feels a lot like that. Once the Door is found and I know what its energy feels like, I am confident I could locate it again if the gods hid it.

[And really, the last line is the most important detail, but she feels it's important to explain the functional problems hindering her progress thus far.]
