[On this fine morning, everyone, one and all, awakens to a shiny new smartphone resting gently on the pillow next to their head. If you have a phone, SIM cards can be exchanged to make it work. Otherwise, enjoy your fancy new technology.
Of course 'awaken' is a mild term. Each phone emits a high-pitched beep, followed by static, followed by a distant, eerie voice.]
Testing. Testing. Testing.
[Another burst of static, and the phones fall silent, though now up in one corner of the screen is a blinking indicator - full bars of network reception, even though you're in a cave. Convenient!
Have fun. Post to the network. Call your friends. Text somebody. Send a dick pic. The network is now fully functional. But don't bother responding to this initial testing post. No one is listening.]
