We have little choice on that matter, Mewtwo. Emotions are wild things, not meant to be tamed. They cannot be watered down, though they can be turned into other emotions, like rage or even hope. I do not wish to play into their game but, at this point, I feel we may have no choice in the matter.

[Oh no, it's Miss Alice. Something in him instinctively wants to...not be so angry with her. But anger is what gives him control, keeps him moving forward - fuels his desire to hurt the gods, to destroy them for what they've done -

He has the feeling that Alice would not want to hear about this. And for some damn reason, he actually kind of cares about her opinion.

[ The response doesn't surprise Alice much. Many of the people here wish desperately for a freedom they can't have. She sighs quietly. She does understand the want, the rage it can bring, but she also understands that they don't have all the information they need. ]

And we shall, of that much I do believe, but it won't be now. They need us and many of us need them, whether you can believe that or not. It's an unsavory relationship and one we have little control of but it's one that is beneficial for us until we have the proper information to garner our release.

[ And if that means killing their captors one day, so be it. Alice will do what she must get back to Yuri, even if the mirror spoke the truth (though her instincts tell her otherwise). ] We must also worry about the enemies of our captors.

I know it's far from an ideal situation for anyone but I do believe if we work together, we can find our ways home.
