If anyone needs food now, we've got plenty of bear and snake meat to go around. And it's all stuff I killed myself, so you don't have to worry about the meat being, uh. Questionable, or whatever.

Yeah, we're all fine over here. We had lots of meat so we didn't really have a reason to take any of the, uh. Other stuff. [let's just quietly avoid acknowledging the fact that some people in hadriel have accidentally eaten human meat this month okay?]

You guys should all come over for dinner soon, none of you are very good at hunting, right? [if it was anyone other than lloyd saying this right now, it would sound like an insult but with lloyd he's just stating facts and not judging any of you.]

[He sounds approving, and rather pleased by that. Gansey is the best of them, and Lloyd is an awfully good person too. Adam would probably have introduced them if they didn't meet on their own.]
I'd be happy to come over, and I can ask the others. We do have some food, though it's true we haven't gone hunting. The monsters aren't exactly... at our skill levels.
[It's possible Adam could hunt normal animals, though he wouldn't want to, but monsters? No way. But the bear meat was fine, so probably whatever else Lloyd can supply would be fine.]
