Or maybe she's just honed her paranoia so well that it's second nature by this point. Probably that last one. There are more than a few people who would agree.]

Has anyone else noticed that it's been...I don't know, sort of quiet since the... [she doesn't want to say "Null" out loud. That's an old habit.] ...announcement? I don't know, I guess I figured things would be a little more chaotic. Maybe I missed something, but it's quieter than I expected.

[It doesn't seem like a bloodbath at least? That counts as a victory? Maybe?]

As quiet as it ever gets, anyway. I mean I feel like everyone already knows that it's never too quiet.

It could be worse, I guess.

Yeah, I get that. It's kind of grating, though. I keep waiting for something to explode but it never does.

No, but a friend of mine is. And I'm not thrilled about the bit with wanting to take out Hope, either.

That's the guy who can resurrect people, right? Yeah, I can see why that'd be a problem. It's still weird to hear about that being a thing. Where I'm from, dead is dead and you don't have anyone who can fix that. But weird or not, it's useful. I wouldn't want to lose that.

Or it's already started to. I don't care if the gods are able to bring us back; at least one person has already died. Who knows, maybe more people plan to take advantage of the Null's offer.

As a rule, I think we've learned that quiet is never good. I mean, we can all imagine what Kronos or Gaia would be doing if they made a similar announcement.

If you see any supplies? You know what I'm looking for. Bandages, anything that can be used as an antiseptic or stitching, I'll even take a sewing kit.

And anything we can use for shrouds. In case Hope dies.
