[It's only a handful of minutes after Henry's desperate transmission that Nick comes on the network with one of his own. He might not like this one bit, but he's got a job to do, and he'll be damned if he lets Henry -- or his family, or the Guard, or even the town -- down.]

This is Nick Valentine. Percy is down, and I'm assuming the head of the Guard for the time being.

[A slight pause; he's holding back a sigh.]

You heard the man. If you're on the Guard, report in. If you need help, send word. And if you see someone who needs a hand, lend it. It's up to us to make sure we get out of this alive, so let's get to it.

[He means that with every ounce of his mechanical heart. No use telling her to stay out of trouble in a time like this. The best he can do is hope she makes it through it all in one piece. He's not sure he'll be able to say the same about himself.]
