duel 6. ( video. )
「He's been stalling on this for a while now, not sure of how to address it any longer, back then, when he first had learned about it, he was angry, frustrated, but now, not so much, he just wants answers. Might as well do this before there is more people coming into the city.
He looks thoughtful, mostly, as he stares idly at the camera not caring to hide the Millennium Eye stuck in his left socket as he did when they took pictures at Delmar's home. If everything went right, this would be the last time he would be seen wearing that creepy eye.」
Since everyone seems to be on the topic lately, I might as well remind you that there is a murderer among us. One that remains unpunished.
「Or so he thinks. He cannot keep wondering any longer, he needs to know. He needs to make sure there isn't someone running around killing people just because they think it's right. If that's the case.」
You, the one who killed Yukari, he might have deserved what you did to him, you made him pay for what he did, but you don't have my gratitude for it. Don't think you can hide forever. I will find you, no matter what it takes. And I will make you pay on his behalf.
「The tiredness in his voice, the aloofness in the way he speaks, the passion lacking in his usually prideful speech, doesn't quite make up for a good threat, maybe it's is not intended that way, but, it doesn't mean he's less determined about it. He will find them, he will read every person's mind in this city with the Millenium Eye if he has to. He can, why not simply do it?」

「Thanks the Gods, someone he doesn't need to explain himself to! Sort of.」
What would you do with the guilty one?
(Voice)
(Elves are usually pretty careful about executions. Their prisons can hold just about any criminal.)

「Hadriel is quite the cage already. Or was, it doesn't feel like that anymore, with the view of the sky and the sun(s). But to be quite honest, he's got other... ways.」
So you were Lord and now a smith? How does that work?
(Voice)
(Celebrimbor is very good at his craft.)
I was always a smith. I think I came out of the womb with those skills.
(Voice)
「Back in the day, that would have been... an usual thing to do, but right now, it feels a little cruel. Of course, back in the day, the price for taking a life was taking theirs.」
How good are you?
(Voice)
I am second only to one on Arda - my grandfather.
(Voice)
Sounds... like a big deal?
(Voice)
Mine...I fear...have caused nearly as much strife, though some of them still do what I intended - even after my death.
(Voice)
What did you intend?
(Voice)
The Enemy wished to control all the races, but I wanted them to stand strong.

So, the ones you chose won, right?

Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
(Voice)
What were their purpose?
(Voice)
Initially, they were simply meant to help Kings and Lords protect their people. The qualities of each ring varied - some offered insight and others healing. However after I learned of the Enemy moving against me, I made three rings for my Elven kin and friends. They were chosen to stand against the Enemy - to keep those rings from his sight.
Those rings will always stand vehemently against the Darkness. I am sure they led to the Enemy's death.
(Voice)
But you made one for the Enemy as well?
「That's how it sounded!」
