Swift's here. We have some things we need to work out. We've moved in to Spire 1, 101 for now.

The last time we sat vigil at Maedhros' bed he took himself to the forges, day and night, until Celegorm dragged him out, or Celebrimbor begged him to rest. He might again here.

[If that was the case Seel was the last person you wanted watching over him. Seel had a tendency to work until he passed out and then go back out and work again.]

Well it sounds like he at least has a good reason.

He is worried, as are we all.

But Curufin has always expressed concern in activity. So long as he does not make himself unwell I am content.

I'll do what I can. I promise. But I'm sure Curufin doesn't have a death wish, so try trusting him as well.

[Because honestly, Seel didn't quite see the point. So Curufin had a tendency to overwork. So did he. He wasn't dead yet.]

[ He's just going to respond to all of it at once despite getting the three separate texts -- the move is no surprise, honestly, after how much he's heard them arguing. ]

I don't mind. Especially since more convenient food is hard to come by right now. And honestly that's probably the only time I'll see you. If I'm not home I'll try to make sure there's something in the fridge.

I'm not alright.

Part of me really believed he'd be back with the newcomers again. And then he wasn't. But he'd tell me not to fall apart so I'll just have to try and keep busy. Ignore the voice that says I can't live without him because it's wrong. Not only is it weak but I've done it before. At least this time I know that where he is, he's not alone.

Thank you Pell. Although in all honesty you might be the only there who is alright with it.

[Seel was sure Swift wouldn't like taking advantage of Pell's generosity, but Seel wasn't about tell him no. Pell knew how to cook, better than either of them at the moment, and he didn't like to starve to death. And dinner? Well, Seel's already received two negative votes from Jo and George.]

I promise you, Cal is fine. He's better off where he is. And he's with you. He's safe. He's helping to run an entire country. And you are stronger than you give yourself credit. You survived years without him. I know you can do it. You are not weak Pell. Don't make yourself weak.
