I'm not sure if I should be surprised or not to see you as the first person saying hi to everyone. Should I think of you as the welcoming committee?

[ oh, Steve. you precious thing. ] Until I get bored of it, sure. I thought this would be the best way to figure out who all our new neighbors are.

We'll see how many people show themselves. There's going to be more than a few who rather stay hidden.

[While he could understand a little mistrust, particularly in a situation like this, anyone who continued to hide away from the main group would always be a little suspect. And a potential concern.]
