[Swift is avoiding video this time for a good reason, though it's not that hard to figure out how he's feeling from just his voice. He is obviously not happy and his voice is low and quiet and rather tightly controlled.]

Some assistance, please, if you would. It seems I've been locked into my room and I'd rather not jump out the window if I can help it.

[He pauses for a moment there, silent.]

Seel is gone, which is for the best for now. At least you won't have to fight him to get in. I'm not sure if he left the front door unlocked either, though I doubt it. Do what you have to, I suppose. Although I'm sure there are more than a few of you who would be happy to just leave me here.

[He probably shouldn't have said that, but he's irritated.]

Regardless, I would be grateful. I'll find some way to repay you once I can see more than the walls.

Is there anything near the window that you can climb down? Can you open the window or would you have to break it? How strong's the lock on the door of your room? Can you break down the door?

[A pause from the questions as she calms herself. The thought of someone locked up is triggering many bad memories and old fears for her.]

I have someone coming to let me out, thank you. I doubt that I would have been able to get out on my own. Seel knows how to reinforce things like that.

Do you have a safe place? Don't go anywhere near him once you get away.

I don't know. But I'm sure I can find somewhere to hide until he calms down.

Stay hidden. His 'calming down' will be an act.

I don't think it will. And I'll have to go back to him eventually, even if I didn't love him. He won't enjoy the consequences, either.

The consequence could be him slitting your throat. Obsession is dangerous.

He wouldn't go that far. He stands to lose quite a bit that he treasures if he does. Besides, the locking me up is new. I'm not quite sure where it came from or why he thinks it will earn him anything.

People hurt and kill what they love all the time. The locking you up is a bad sign. It comes from some compulsion in him. He won't be able to control the next urge anymore than he was able to control the desire to lock you up.

Then I suppose I'll have to live with it. Or maybe he'll realize he's in more than enough trouble to last him for the rest of his harish life.

You can find ways to live with almost anything. You can't live with being dead. What if you don't come back?

Then I don't come back. Even if I weren't in love with him, I couldn't just be rid of him, either.

What if you end up being the one who hurts him?

I've never thrown a har into a room or hit him because I ran out of things to say.

Has he ever locked you in a room before? Things can happen even if they've never happened before.

There's a reason Thiede gave him to me.

Gave him to you. That sounds like you think of him as a possession.

I don't. But I know what he's like. And if a bruise or two is what it takes to keep him from doing that to someone else, I'll take it.

And if it's his hands around you neck or a knife to your throat - will you take that too?
