[ Other than the part where they... specialise in powers somehow, if the name is any indication. ]

A power specialist monitors and analyses powers when the patient reports irregularities and recommends courses of action, healing or prescribing where necessary.

( If that sounds like she's memorised it? It's because she has. Dagny works a girl hard. )

In other words: powers malfunction, I fix them.
