[Judging right away from the tone and lack of Russian inflection this time, the one known as Safronov has checked out, and Rey is Rey again.]

"So it looks like at some point when being... unwell, the upper floor at the Speakeasy lost its Casino manager, Firo. He helped to organize the whole thing with me when Delight's bar went out of commission, so... Would rather not have to keep handling the place solo. If anyone would like to help there in any way, it'd be appreciated."

[She'll leave the convenient signup at the Speakeasy/Casino available for those who wish to help.]

"And, um. Sorry for those who had to deal with one of my... other selves." [Yeah, she remembers. Some of it, anyway. She has complicated feelings towards Safronov.]

Rey! I'm glad you're back!

I"ll continue to perform regularly at the Speakeasy. But if you need help distilling the booze, I'll be happy to help with that. Also, you can call on me for bouncer work.

[That's mostly just her own personal hangups on the subject. She's still struggling with the flashes of memories she's been getting while she was technically "gone" -- and also not gone at all.]

Appreciate any help you can offer. Can't really spend all my time there. Have a cat that'd probably take issue with that, anyway. [Heh.]

[ These strange states are not foreign to Curufin, who in his own world after his death escaped the usual fate of Elves. He ran between the raindrops, so to speak -- slipping around the edges of the states of death, dream, and visionary space. He slipped back into life as well, an unauthorized resurrection. He wouldn't be surprised at any description of being "gone" and yet not gone at all. ]

I'll give as much help as I can, and it looks as though others will be happy to do so as well. That's very good.

You have a cat? [ Chuckle. ] Well of course you have to spend quality time with it at home, then. No cat with any self-respect would tolerate anything less!

Any help is help. Gives me more time to catch up on production after being AWOL for a month.

[In this case, Rey gave herself the authority and then her other self didn't approve. So whose authority was it, really?

[She barks a laugh. What the hell, Curufin.] Guess it's a good thing all of my other vessels aren't here. Makes my market value go up.

[Who knows. Rey does enough internal fighting with herself as it is without the additional existential crisis involved.]

They can't really do much of anything without the part that matters, anyway -- they're all dead inside. [What a way of putting it, wow.]

In that case, they haven't got a vote. [ Makes a humorous gesture of sweeping them all into a corner with a broom. Nothing like a little irreverent Elvish humor to answer a friend's awkward not to mention difficult-to-describe situation. ]
