There's a creature here who killed my friend, and injured my brother. I don't know what it calls itself, but my friend describes a woman with eyes as black as pitch.

[There's a slight, almost imperceptible twist to his mouth at that- though it's been a year since he saw them last, Fingon cannot help but remember the last men to call him king before he came here.]
