[There's a lot of shuffling, scuffling, as Ianchus tries to figure out how to do this exactly. Anyone watching would get some close shots of a knitted brow, or some concentrating, half-grins as he adjusts the camera. Okay, the top of his head is clipped here and he's at the rightmost part of the frame, but close enough.]

Hadriel! Is this working? Is everybody alright? I'm Ianchus Cepheos--I may have met some of you already...!

[And suddenly he has to put his hands over his mouth and laugh. He's not one who usually gets flustered, but talking to what seems to be nobody at all is odd for him.]

Ah, sorry, sorry! I'm not used to this at all. But! I wanted to let everybody know that I'm located on the island that holds the orchard and the hot springs. If you're here too, you're welcome to come to my home in the Love housing.

[And his voice grows a little more serious.]

These waters don't look to be the kindest--quite cold--but if anybody would like to learn to swim, I can oblige. I can also offer myself as a fairly competent seaman, though there don't seem to be any ships nor boats around. [He rubs his lower lip in thought.] I have never been involved in shipwrightery, but I can learn quickly. Or improvise.

To reiterate! Please let me know if I can do anything for you, on the island or off!

[Hesitation, and then...]

Oh, and. If anyone know where the Speakeasy went to, please let me know that, as well.

[Ianchus moves to turn off the phone, and...fails miserably. You are treated to his humming and shuffling in the background during his nightly routine until the damn thing runs out of battery.]

[Which she can't say she minds, because being away and not having anything to do on one of the other islands would drive her insane, but she still hates being marooned.]

If that's something that someone could somehow magically make feasible, that'd just be fan-fucking-tastic. We better be getting some sort of bridge soon, anyway.

No, it doesn't. Have made the alcohol myself since we opened the Speakeasy -- with some help with others, anyway. Not the gods.

[Thankfully she had others willing to step up when Rey lost her co-proprietor.]

The good news is, we've got enough stocked up to last us a while. Cellar's pretty big place. Plus there are a few people around who can teleport or fly, so they might be able to help with supplies.

But yes, it's a serious fucking pain that the orchards and Speakeasy happen to be on two separate islands.

I hear that a form of transportation is in the works, too. We'll get you over here soon enough!

Ah, speaking of, I assume most of our alcohol is fruit-based, then? There was a surprising variety when I was there.

Well, a lot of it is from the fruits, but whatever we can find at the shops have been a valuable resource as well.
