[ Cashmere is really dolled up. excessively so, one might say - her hair is big and curled, her makeup looks like she's expecting a photoshoot to begin any minute now, and she's wearing a blue-green dress with a low cut neckline. is there a club in Hadriel? because that's where it looks like she's going. even the lighting is fantastic, giving her a sort of glow. ]


Hello! [ she blows a kiss to the camera. ]

This morning I thought to myself: we need a little fun around here. And what better way to have fun than a party in my honor? I've taken care of all the details, so all you need to do is show up at my place tonight, dressed to impress.

[ Seth stared at the video with a smirk. He was feeling more than his usual confidence and snorted at her invitation. ]

If I wanna dress to impress, I shouldn't get dressed at all, Doll Face.

[ His brow arched while maintaining an impish gaze. ]

But I'd hate to show up and show up the hostess so I'll find somethin' to wear.

[ He was back to a sly smirk. ]

No need to thank me. I don't think my girl likes to share. We can sort that out when I get there.

[ he gets an eye roll in response, but the small hint of a smile on her lips says she's amused. ]

Maybe you're not my type. Wouldn't want you to be embarrassed.[ he's handsome, but she's not just going to give him that. ] But I suppose we'll see.

[ she flashes him a smile. ] Where are you, anyway?

[ Cashmere received a playful scoff at her initial response. ]

Sweetheart, there's no shame in my game and there won't be a maybe once we're face to face.

[ Seth was in rare form. Usually, acting cocky was just that--an act. He could be confident in some of his abilities but never on his looks. At least not unless it was a joke. He was smiling with Cashmere but dead serious. ]

[ she'd like to pretend she hates his over the top confidence, but she doesn't. he gets a grin. ]

West Island. You seem smart. I'm sure you can find your way here. It would be the gentlemanly thing to do.

[ Cashmere managed to get his attention. Leaving family behind (knowing Leo couldn't navigate water comfortably) wasn't like him. Yet there wasn't one thought about anyone but himself since waking up. ]

I'd say don't wait up but I know that's askin' a lot.

[There's a very handsome looking man on the video, though there's one obvious detail that makes it clear he's not human. His eyes are two black smears instead of the normal human ones. Leo's actually never been to one before. This is what comes from living a very sheltered life that consisted mostly of fighting in a military operation. Consider him intrigued.]

[ Surely this is a kindred spirit. Isabel is looking sharp, as well, and has alien abilities on her side having used them to leave her Harlow blonde hair in perfect waves down her shoulders. They don't call her the Elle Macpherson of Roswell High for nothing. She is lacking in the wardrobe department, however, and her eyes are seriously green with envy at the sight of Cashmere's dress, but she smiles warmly, anyway. ]

A party sounds fantastic.

[ It sounds like the perfect way to break out onto the social scene in this world, and Isabel was meant to be a social butterfly, not hide in the shadows. No, she is going to thrive in this world and this is going to be the first step she takes. ]

As for favorite things, let's start with that dress.

Isn't it the best? [ she beams. ] I found it in one of the shops. There are some hidden gems if you really dig.

I'm used to digging. [ Isabel chuckles. ] The shops back home don't have a lot to offer, but that's gorgeous.

[ She perks at the idea of what amounts to shopping with someone who seems to have taste. Isabel didn't really have friends back home for obvious reasons. Hiding massive secrets doesn't exactly help when it comes to making friends. This is great! It's exactly what she deserves. ]

Fantastic! So, what should I bring to the party?

[ This definitely calls for a hostess gift, and Isabel's gift is going to be the best. ]

His outfit isn't exactly his usual self either, but he definitely still knows how to make a statement. It's just a much different statement than usual]

What inspired the makeover? [ they're all feeling extra good right now, but she's curious if there's more going on. ]

I didn't like who I was becoming. And I wasn't sure how else to start over. Atem made me think of it, a few weeks ago. I just never got the ....chance up until now.
