What??? Thats awesome. I'm jealous. How close were they to people? You ever like done surgery on one or something like that?

Uhhh I guess not but I dont see why that should stop you from being the first. Both of my underlings work at the clinic too. I'm slowly stealing the whole staff because my gig is way cooler.
It totally is amazing? Hell I work for the military and most of my job is still winging it lol. Thats what you get when you work with aliens. I'm pretty much the only one in my field.
Point is I know how difficult that can be. Imo we deserve all the credit in the world for working in those conditions.
I might be willing to admit that you edge me out there given that you're in a medical field working with stuff thats like alive which you usually want to keep alive but then again I've never seen you work sooo.

its not super common but there are some alien type people where im from. some i didnt get up close and personal with but ive literally had to do surgery in a hazmat suit before
theres these people that regurgitate acid every time they get injured or scared, that was the fucking worst

Wow. Awesome. A pain in the ass but still awesome.
Ive had to do that before but like I said I'm dissecting so I dont have the added challenge of keeping stuff alive. Usually.
But Kaiju blood is toxic. Gotta be careful with it especially with some organs. Plus theyre ammonia based lifeforms i.e. super gross. The smell is terrible. The hazmat suits kind of convenient in that way. Lol.
Uh yeah though that's the benefit of chatting it up with people in your field? Or like close enough. I have yet to find anyone with skills comparable to mine around here so I gotta be honest this is refreshing for me too.
I'm working on a bestiary project at the moment. I was like way further along with it but then Hope kicked all the monsters out of town and I had to start over.
I guess that's made it easier overall? There's less stuff out there for me to keep track of and I can have a complete record since I'm tracking stuff as it comes in through the Door.
It's especially important now that we're on these islands. Working with tighter spaces and all you know?

yeah ive been avoiding the west island for the most part for that exact reason
im def not a fighter, surprising literally nobody
