The parasite is at [x,y], twenty-four feet underground, beneath what you would call the Colosseum. It is kept in a small room underground, hollowed out from the earth. The body is circular, six feet in diameter, and is constantly moving.

Fragments of its body are also on the ocean floor, within a four hundred mile radius. Two complete pieces, one in multiple pieces. Fragments do not have the same energy signature as the parasite but is composed of the same material which has not been located anywhere else in this city or on the surface of this planet.

we're not like you, many of us seek diversity and progress. we dont like being emotionless drones who dont value a particular life because it's the most "logical" thing to do.
and that goes for the youth. kids are impressionable as shit, easier to learn new things than the average adult, and that alone makes them no less necessary than some old farts who do jack-all to help anyone.

Regardless, [Name] understands why human life has meaning. Humans are emotional and with their emotion they feel fear that they will cease to live. I do not like that fear and I do not want humans to have it. Therefore, I believe that telling humans to kill one another is likely wrong.

yes and if you had succeeded in killing hope, many of us would probably have a very different opinion on what "expendable" means.
as it is, just because hope resurrects people doesnt mean that all of us are ok with seeing each other die horribly.

it isnt just humans that feel it and not all of us are humans. anything with the capacity for sentient thought is capable of feeling fear. bet my fucking cat can feel fear. but at least you get to understand that fear sucks.
