What's a Pokemon?

Creatures that possesse a number of powers and abilities. Some use fire, electricity, ice, and more. Humans use them as they see fit.

The creatures that came through the Door were also Pokémon, though supposedly extinct until now.

Kind of a general definition there.

Those are who I mean, yes. They're a Pokemon called "Kabutops". They were supposedly extinct, until the Door brought them here.

My telepathy wouldn't reach them, so I want to try again.

I think a couple of them ran out of the colloseum when the newbies were all out, unless they can swim, they're probably still in the northern island.

I couldn't get through to them when they arrived, I want to try talking to them again. They're the only other Pokemon I've seen in this place.

I'd like to try one more time. The door must have somehow revived them from fossils, and forced them into a completely unfamiliar place like this. It would only be normal to treat everything around them like a threat.

Sorrow is one of the "Gods", are they not? I would appreciate it if they not bring anymore Pokemon through the Door.

I've been managing as about as well as I can in this place.
At the very least, it feels safer than where I was.

Idk where they went but theyre probably still on the east island unless they're amazing swimmers.
Based on their anatomy I dont think they would be but they are kind of like giant crabs and crabs do just fine in the ocean. Obviously.

But seriously I'm in the process of making a database for all the weird critters that come through the door every month. Ive been studying those uh pokemons. Itd be awesome if you could tell me what you know about them.

How intelligent are they? Its a little weird that like youre on the network chatting with people but I don't see them listed in the contacts or anything.
Though I guess I dont exactly know their names if they've got 'em. But that's usually the difference between monsters and people you know? People show up with a phone all ready to go and they get integrated into the town. The monsters are just uh usually theyre just nuisances that a few of the warrior types take out on door day.
And usually thats nbd right? Monsters are pretty decidedly just uh animals but deadlier.
I get the vibe that thats not the case with these guys though admittedly I didn't spend a lot of time studying the living ones. Seemed dangerous.
