Hey guys! Private Donut here from the popular Bluehaus with another friendly PSA.

As you all know, it's February and that means love is in the air! For those of you unfamiliar with Earth lingo, this is the month we celebrate a little thing called Valentine's Day! It's a day when a guy in a diaper named Cupid hits you with an arrow and BAM! Instant love at first sight! Isn't it great?!

[ He vibrates with giddy delight. ]

Well! I've been hard at work collecting all sorts of seeds in anticipation and now it's time for all of them to bloom! As your friendly neighborhood Flower God, I'll be making fresh bouquets for anyone who wants them! And this month only [ he throws his hands out to show off the bike - TADA! ] -
I'll be making home deliveries!

You just tell me what you'd like and [he starts reciting the postal service motto ] neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays this Flower God from swift delivery! I got all sorts of bouquets for all tastes! There's your friendship ones, your first date ones, pure love, wild love, going steady, and all sorts of other ones for every occasion!

So... [ Here he rocks back on his heels, his hands behind his back. ] I was thinking, if any of you have a little time to spare next month, maybe you can help me set-up a real flower shop and help me move-in upstairs? You know what they say, it takes a village.

[ He keeps rocking back and forth on his heels, buzzing with so many vibrant emotions they spill over and behind him the larkspur flowers start to bloom. Reds and blues. Purples. Whites. A whole rainbow of colors come to life. ]

Either way, I love Valentine's Day, so I'd do this for free! [ He smiles before remembering - ] I'll be accepting orders all month!

[ He waves at the recording. ]

What do you...do, then? As a god.

Oh, all sorts of things. Usually Hakari and me - that was my servant back when I lived in a huge Temple next to the sea. Anyways, usually Hakari and me fought lots of Ayakashi - he really liked fighting that Hakari. Well, we would fight the bad spirits and save the good spirits! Kind of like Batman and Superman! Except, I was Superman on account of the curly cue and god-like powers and he was Batman in every way, if you catch my drift~

We'd hunt the bad things and answer prayers making people's wishes come true while kicking ass and taking names! It was great!

[A...lot of this is going over her head. But she'll focus on the parts she understands.]

That's a very good thing, if you were able to help people. Do you try to do the same here?

Sure do!

I haven't been here long but already I can see soooo many people here that don't know how to open up. If you ask me, if we can't speak from our hearts then we can't touch other and if you can't touch the person next to you then you might as well be alone.

That's why I'm opening up a flower shop. I figured it'd be the best way to bring the community together. A non-violent way to get feelings across.

I think that's true, too. You're very wise.

[Well...that might be stretching it a bit. But she does think he's right.]

How are you able to grow them? Do you have special powers? I understand supplies are very limited here.

I'm a Flower God. I can grow any flowers. It comes with the gig. At least, I think I can. I mean, I haven't come across a flower I couldn't grow.

Oh! That's a nice skill to have.

[Maybe not critical for survival, but Aqua thinks that adding some beauty to the world is still worth it.]

I once visited a world that was full of beautiful flowers, everywhere you went. You haven't been to Radiant Garden, have you?

[ Gasp! Are you saying his flower mojo isn't critical?! He's insulted!!! Flowers are very important! Without them we all starve! Think about the bee's!!! ]

Hmm. [ He tilts his head back, thinking. ] No... I don't I have. But [ he perks up then ] it sounds kind of awesome! Is that we're you're from?!

[Flowers aren't yummy. Sad but true.]

No...I only visited there onc—twice. But it was a lovely place.

[ You make him sad, flowers are totally yummy! ]

Was that like a super awesome vacation spot where you're from? Is that why you only went twice?

No. It's just been a very long time since I've had a chance to return.

Yeah. I can understand that. It’s been a long time since I’ve been home too.

You must miss it.

[ Oh, god. You went there. ]

Sometimes I miss it a little and other times I miss it a lot like during my daily wine and cheese hour and Sarge isn’t trying to shoot Grif and Grif isn’t complaining about standing and Simmons isn’t complaining to Grif or saying yes to Sarge and Lopez isn’t there with his witty comebacks and Doc isn’t talking about an alternative lifestyle. You know, the everyday things that remind you of home.

I mean, blue team is cool and all but they don’t really do much worth doing. Usually, I could get Caboose to join in some fun activities but he’s not here and Sarge isn’t here [ his shoulders sag ] and the guys aren’t here and sometimes I really miss them. I missed them at the Farshore to but I had Hakari there [ he sniffs ] but there’s no like that here.

[Aqua understood...some of that. She doesn't recognize the names, or the references to teams. Or quite a lot of what he said...but she understands loss. She knows what it is to long for a person, a place.]

I understand. There are people I want to see again, too. I don't know when I can, though. Or where I could.

[ He looks at her, all sad eyes and slow beginnings. ]

Who do you miss?

My friends, two boys named Terra and Ventus. We trained together for years, but they're in trouble back home. It's been a very long time since I've seen either of them.

I don’t think I’ve met a Terra or Ventus here or Heaven. I guess that’s a good thing right? That they weren’t kidnapped.

I wish they were here. At least then I'd know that they're all right.
