So I got a question.

[ He drags a hand down his face; he's tired and not entirely sure why he has to be the one to ask this. But apparently he has to be the one to ask this because he's worried and people should be informed.

But seriously, this is so far out of his comfort zone that we're in the Andromeda galaxy, so just... give him a second. He's not used to talking about this to the mass public. ]

I mean monsters. Shit that does more than go bump in the night. Because if we all start bringing this kinda crap from where we come from, we're gonna have a problem and not nearly enough people are gonna know what to do with it. I mean, just counting what could come outta my own world-- [ grumble grumble. ]

Haven't had anything other than me come through yet, but I'll keep my fingers crossed we don't get any monsters from my world. They're called 'Deathclaws' for a reason.

Sure, if you like ten-foot tall lizards that charge you like a bull, and have enough teeth and horns to make you think twice about getting near one.

No. The Commonwealth is full of things like that. Radroaches, super mutants, stingwings. That's not even counting the raiders.

Gotta give your world credit for some great names, though. All we've got's the usual. But uh- raiders don't sound like monsters.

They'd be monsters because of what they do, not what they are. Not sure I'd prefer them showing up instead of a few radscorpions, though. At least with them, you know what you're getting into. People are a lot harder to predict.

Couldn't of said it better myself- people I don't get. Monsters? They make sense. You can know a monster.

Yeah. The real monsters come from where you least expect them. For every good person out there, there are plenty who are looking to take advantage of them.

It's why people need to learn how to keep their eyes open, but believe me, I know- if they don't know what they're looking for, how're they supposed to see it.

It's kind of new. Was mostly just a handful of us patrolling the streets before, making sure nothing came in from the caves.

I'm not the one leading the operation though. You'll want to talk to Maketh Tua or Henry Percy. They keep us organized, make sure all the shifts are covered, especially when new arrivals come in.
