[Guess which temple Muscovy is currently in, tucked in a corner somewhere, using his backpack as a backrest and playing around with the new emoji app? It's not that he likes being in the temples, no matter which god_ess they belong to, but considering how things outside took a turn for the worse instead of for the better, he has decided on spending siren times inside - this time in Delight's temple. Which gave him time to waste.]

There are little pictures in the comms. Why?

[None of the comms that he had before had those. And also]

What do these mean? [He can figure out the others - people with different faces, and cats with different faces, hearts and a star. But those four are confusing.]

And people can forget how to do it, too. [Like he can't manifest things anymore. Hasn't been able to do so for well over a month now.]

...Can you use telepathy?

Um... No, I can't use telepathy. But if I could, I doubt I'd forget how.

Sometimes people forget a lot. And sometimes a lot of people forget things at the same time. Because bad things are happening or because someone or something makes them forget.

Have you been here for a long time?

[He tilts his head. Why?]

I woke up here maybe half a month ago.

I just wondered...if that's part of your experience from here, or from your home.

From other worlds that are not my own.

...It takes longer for everyone to forget things back home. Usually, everyone form the generation that has seen it needs to have died first.

You've been to other worlds that aren't your own? Like this one?

My memory is a little longer than others, in that respect.

Not like this one. One was very normal but it wasn't home and I could see the Faerie [totally normal, just not the otherworld of his own home, obviously] and then I woke up in a ship that sailed in the dark between the stars and then crashed on a jungle planet.

[Oh.] Are you immortal or do you just live very long? [This is the second time within days that he's asked this, and it always seems to be people with fairly reasonable ways of encountering reality.]

[ Castiel nods, slowly. He has no idea about ships that sailed through the stars, but fairies were certainly real, as was their world. He didn't falter under the description much at all, or at the question. ]

Immortal would require it be impossible to kill me, but I am very old; older than humanity itself.

Are you like Mr and Mrs Death?

[That are the only people that he is aware of having met who are older than humanity or the corresponding species from their world (he knows that his father's world has humans too, but elves just seem to correspond as 'first sentient life form that formed nations' there).]

[ Like Death? That's sort of...unsettling. He's a lot like Death in some ways, in that he feels that way about himself. He frowns, briefly, then shakes his head. ]
