[Late on the 21st Steve, Natasha and Wanda will be getting a text with directions from the house Steve and Wanda occupy to a house a ways off. He'd told Steve he would let him know where he's staying permanently and Wanda had been decent enough to him, she was allowed to know.<
As for Natasha, he feels like she probably already knew, she'd found him once, she could find him again. This was just trying to be polite and save her some time.

[He didn't assume he was welcome what with Steve and Wanda haing other people in the house they shared. Between that and his general uncertainty with the two of them, he cant say he expects to be welcome much of anywhere.]

[Wanda finds herself at a loss for what to say next. It's hard to know what topics to bring up with him. So much of her life has revolved around the political and military landscape of Sokovia and her interactions with the Avengers that it's not as if she has a deep well of small talk at her fingertips.]

[ He understands this feeling. It's not as if he's filled with chatter himself. Words are complicated, conversations with others moreso. At least in text for it's slightly easier but even then, it's far from simple. ]

[There are people enough who she could have that with, but Bucky is from their world. He knows Natasha and Steve. She has a feeling that if she ever needed a place for quiet, a place where she she might be able to be around people without the pressure to talk, it might be near him.

[ Fact is, he an do that a lot more easily than he could a proper engaging sort of friendship. If she just wants to exist around him and just be quiet, he will do it in a heartbeat.
