Oh, we got magic coming out our ears where I'm from. At least as far as capability. Far as I know, anybody can learn, most people just dunno it. I've visited a lot of places where the natives don't seem to know a thing about magic, but the crowd I ran with before, we were from all over the place, and every single one of us donned the mage hat pretty easily.
