[Well, this should prove interesting to see if he gets any other takers. Just ignore the sneeze that gets out before he can speak. Damn Hux and his germs. He'll just push through till he's better.]

[He hears that sneeze! Narrowing his eyes, he glances back at the cat guiltily.]

Are you allergic?

No. This is Hux's fault. He sneezed on me.

[While they were making out on their bed, but he figures that's a detail his grandfather doesn't need to know.]

You're sick? [Aw. Except... Huh. Anakin gives him a knowing smirk.] Is that all he did?

I'll be fine. Unlike him, I'm not going to just sit around in bed.

[Kylo just raises his eyebrows, returning the smirk. Well, he already thought they were sleeping together even when it had just been platonic. Now they had finally caught up.]

[His conscience isn't dead. Not entirely. And his grandson needs to be whole and healthy.]

[Kylo, no, enthusiasm doesn't speed up the healing process.

His ears flush pink, even if he knows most of what Anakin was hearing was fights over the covers.]

He's an idiot but...[He shrugs.] I like having him around.

I don't want to lecture you on pushing yourself too hard.

[Oh look, he can be fatherly. Er grandfatherly.]

I figured. [His lips quirk in amusement and he pulls the cat into his lap.] We all need our stress release.

Nothing you throw at me will be worse than what Snoke has done.

[His master had pushed him hard. Too hard, some might say, though Kylo of course had never seen it that way.]

Just don't scare him too badly when you inevitably talk to him about me.

He won't like what I'll do to him.

[Grandson, he isn't Snoke. He isn't heartless - at least in this situation. Ben is family and while he will be strict, he won't work him to death.]

If he scares that easy, he won't last.

[He doesn't say anything to that. Kylo has gone a long time without the love of a family and sometimes he forgets what it's like. It hurts sometimes, but only in a good way.]

I don't doubt that he'll be fine. But I'd prefer for all his limbs to remain intact.

[There is that family tradition of people getting their hands cut off, after all.]

Why wouldn't they? It's not like I'm going to use my lightsaber on him. [Lightsabers are the whole problem with limb loss. All of them need titanium gloves.]
