[Voice] glitchy network time!

[There's a whole lot of static, and then, for those over in Group A, it's followed by A REALLY ANNOYING high-pitched electric squealing sound. Sorry about that. Bad connection and all. He's on the side with a crap network and no food, how fun.]

[Eventually, Kain's voice can be somewhat heard. At least it sounds like Kain for now. Though it's muffled and the static drowns out most of what he's saying.]

.......tried to....... [LOOOONG BURST OF STATIC, which sounds even louder and more grating on side A. Ouch, hope you don't mind your new headache.]

.....food.......may not.......supplies.......[The static just sounds creepier right now. And additionally it's followed by a whole lot of RANDOM BEEPS on side A. Kain's voice starts sounding more distorted too.]

....mon...... repeat, MO........under atta.......warn.......

[There's one long beep... then it fades into static.]

[Ellie decides it's maybe best to try something a little easier for the network to handle- unbeknownst to her, being on the same side will help as well. The message is concerning to say the least, and she worries someone out there needs help and isn't getting it.]

I'm in the eastern half of the city, attempting to reach the others to alert them of our situation.

I'm noticing the strangeness is only happening part of the time. Some messages are transmitting fine. Perhaps an effect of that wall?

[ Wow. The other side isn't dealing well with the network and it's grating to hear but she puts out her message and hopes it gets to Kain as best as it can. ]

There are emergency supplies hidden in red caches. Food, water, healing trinkets. Find them. [ And if that last message means what she thinks it means, then they better find those caches before the monsters overrun that side of the city. ]

[Not well at all, and there's a lot of static and continuing weird noises before Kain can be heard. Again, it comes through pretty hard to make out, though words here and there make it apparent he intends to look into this. They're not at a point of panic just yet, but who knows how long this might last?]

[It's a total mess, and for once Kain is really hoping the gods come through. Usually, he's just annoyed with them, wishing they'd leave things alone... They need their help now.]
