That's a relief! I've noticed a lot of people don't know their own bodies very well. [He could defeat them in a duel in a few minutes. Not a good sign for the future of Hadriel.]

I wouldn't call that a priority, per se.

[Most people are too tangled up in immediate survival for introspection, anatomical or otherwise.]

How can you expect to defend yourself and others if you don't know your body? How it moves? That's one of the first things a Jedi learns.
