[This message is over a week overdue. Way to go, Anakin. Stellar life choices as always!]

If anyone saw me behaving oddly... [When doesn't he?] I was drunk. I won't be doing that again. [Because it resulted in a dislocated arm, a bitten tongue and lots of bruising.]

Some light stretches for the rest of your body might help with relaxation as well. People do tense up when they are in pain, as well as when they are upset. You would have to be mindful of your injuries, but anything you can do to ease tension in your back and neck in particular would likely help a lot as far as being able to sleep better.

[She nods. She's more okay with being here than some simply because she already knows she was fifteen minutes away from death when she was brought here. Weirdly enough, she's more shy about confessing that than she is about admitting to doing mercenary work.]

Any suggestions about quieting your mind? I've tried meditation. The Jedi are so fixated on it as a solution. [And he tries it every night, focusing his mind on the Force that surrounds Hadriel. Yet disturbing images always intrude.]

I've thought about taking something for sleep, but what if I need to be alert? I don't like to be drugged. [So it's just a quandary. An endless riddle.]

Maybe this experience will teach me patience. [Won't Obi-Wan be proud?]

Other than what I already have suggested? I have Tranquility's blessing. You would not be groggy once you woke up. If you wanted, I could use it on you when Kylo is home, so that you would have someone around to wake you if there was an emergency.

[He smiles - the expression far closer to being genuine and true than it has appeared in the past.]

[She considers saying more training once he's recovered, but that's something that likely would have happened anyway, given that he was the one seeking out students. So instead, she's going to suggest something else entirely.]

Spend some time painting with me after you've had some rest.

[She wants him to give it a try, and if he has no interest/inclination afterward, that's fine.]

[The request isn't what he is expecting. Anakin is pretty desperate for sleep - real, healing sleep - so there is a lot he would trade for it. Training he will happily give and even painting isn't uninteresting. ~~Oh no, Anakin, have you made a friend?~~]

[He wants something necessary to function that will require little from her. She could be opportunistic and ask for something more, but she doesn't see a point. Instead, she'd rather help him learn to relax.]

I should be over soon. Have something mild to eat, have a shower, and change into the most comfortable clean clothing you own.
