014 [Video]

[Hello everyone, it's Chris. As usual for his posts while there's no event going on, he has very important things to talk about.]

Hey guys. So, while I've had the time to work on it, I've been taking apart the code Rhys used to make Pong and I think I've got enough of a handle on it to start making some games. Really basic games, though.

[Don't ask him to make Crysis or something.]

So yeah, any requests? I was thinking Tetris, and maybe like, a chess game or something? I dunno. I'm open to suggestions.

[And on that note--]

Em and I are also taking suggestions on the emoji front, too. We've already decided we need a tiny violin for Emily's abject lack of sympathy for my plights in life, but while we're adding one we might as well add a bunch.

[So yeah. That concludes this super important, incredibly necessary post.]

Even something else but with a similar level of difficulty would be wonderful. It's no fun if the games are too easy to beat.

[Sato seems surprisingly enthusiastic about the possibility.]

Wonderful! That's exactly what I'm looking for. Gameplay is important too, as is good level design, but I think we could all really use is the mental stimulation of a good challenge!

You know, if you need a beta tester, you can always send me an early version, too.

I don't mind. It'll be nice to have something new to play either way. How long do you think it'll take?
