So it's a tie.
[Delight sighs, not sounding quite her usual, delightful self. There's a scuffle, like someone pushing back a chair, and then Sorrow's voice echoes into the speaker, further off, like he's standing on the other side of the room.
'Then I decide. You all know my thoughts on the matter.']
No, [Delight counters, her voice wavering slightly. Arguing with Sorrow is always a little intimidating.] We all decide together. Tranquility doesn't want to go, and everyone else here is keeping something in place- everyone except for me.
[There's a brief silence. When Delight speaks again, her voice is hardened, resolute.]
I'm volunteering to go. They picked me. Send me alone or-
['You aren't going alone,' comes Rage's voice, protective and sure- from closer to the mic than Sorrow's had been. It's silent on Sorrow's end, something is decided without words, and Delight speaks a moment later.]
-alright, then it's settled.
[There's a slight pause, before Delight speaks directly into the mic again, her voice changing suddenly to be the cheerful and pleasant goddess thatall some of you know and love.]
Did you hear that, guys? Looks like I'll be one of the ones going out! I want you all to be super happy for me the next few days, alright? I can do this for you- for all of us. And Rage is coming with me, and we're really tough! We'll be safe.
I won't let you down!

[But, at the question she considers a moment- not because they're trying to keep information from anyone, but because the intricacies of it are a little complicated.]
Theories... well, resurrecting one of us causes a large surge of power, which is also when Fear moves the city. We think they're tracking us through surges like that, but we don't know how fine-tuned their machines are, or how exactly they work.
[A slight pause.]
The beings are inorganic- machines. They don't feel anything on their own, and so they view us as a threat to their way of life.
voice
And inorganic beings, hum? That view the Gods as a threat to their way of life due to the fact that they don't feel anything on their own. Interesting.]
With all the Gods have been resurrected, would they still be able to track us by that manner any longer, or it is also due to Fear moving us? And why would they see beings like yourself a threat to their way of life?
[And, belatedly, since Chara realizes that they're playing fifty questions here:]
I am aware that these are a lot of questions, but I am rather curious now that you are willingly giving us information.
voice
[She hums, thoughtful.]
Because we have a way of influencing those around us. You've been inside of our temples- we bring emotion to the heartless. It's unacceptable to them.
voice
[Yeah, they can see that. Chara was far from heartless now but when they first arrived to Hadriel their heart had been numbed for the most part, yet the Gods had been able to sneak in easily.]
And because of this, co-existence is impossible?
voice
[Which is sad, when you think about it.]
I wish that wasn't the case. I'd rather be friends with everyone.
voice
[Says Chara, who hates humans.]
But regardless I hope you and Rage manage what you set out to do.
