He might ask for a more immediate payment, but anything that allows people to feel calm here would count. You could lead a group meditation.

[And she thinks that's probably going to be good for Anakin, since his mind is in turmoil. When he's surrounded by calm, that may help him calm down more than he can do on his own.]

How will you know if he is telling you the truth? If you are willing to call him Master at all, he must be quite talented.

Yeah, I would if he did that for me. I would pay him just about anything. [He needs that and if he can help others - and see good results - that would make him feel...productive. At ease.]

Siths kill their Masters quite often. I'm good at telling truth from lies. Even if he does lie to me, he can't stay around. He's too good at manipulating others.

Then try asking him. I doubt he would outright turn you down. He might not be sure of his ability to maintain it from another dimension, but he will tell you if that's the case. For all of their flaws, the gods are honest about their abilities and they keep up their parts of bargains.

[Well, his Master does sound quite dangerous, and she suspects Anakin would be better off without him around, but...someone clever and manipulative will be prepared.]

If he is that dangerous, you will need to plan very carefully. He will expect treachery from you, and has had time to observe you.

He expects treachery from everyone. I will have to catch him off-guard or out-duel him. [Otherwise he might get taken out with him.] The only thing that worries me is the lightning.

Poison not being your style is precisely why I suggested it. Your Master will be prepared for your treachery. Therefore, you should aim to have the element of surprise where you can.

[She's about the last person who can lecture on the morality of violence anyway. She has a pretty high body count. She's far more likely to lecture people on decorum, practicality, and efficiency.]

Given that I am from a completely different universe, there is no way he could be familiar with anything I might teach you. I'm sure between the two of us, we could figure out how to adapt my fighting style to lightsaber combat.
