Please do. I've heard he was lucid but I'd be concerned about his mental state after his transformation. He was unprepared and already.....not exactly an ideal candidate.

Can I ask what he transformed into? Should I be worried about superpowers if I take him in?

He's Wraeththu. We're a hermaphroditic species. We do have abilities but he hasn't been trained. He shouldn't be able to do anything.

The real question is what to do with him, once someone catches him. We don't exactly have a prison.. we could make one, but I don't know if people would agree to that.

From what I've heard, people are real opposed to that idea. But he does need to be put in check.

This is the problem when you're in a society without any real laws.
