Now, who around here would be the leading the Guard? As far as I can tell you are incompetent at best and willingly corrupt at worst. It was my understanding that you were supposed to keep law and order and protect the individuals here and those who cannot defend themselves.Clearly, your methods are not working. At least one of you seem competent at least. It's nice to meet you Saber. I don't believe I was targeted for a reason, no. I'd never met him before, and now I have another someone who will not let me out of their sight.

However, you should know that as a result of my....death, the killer has been transformed. He may be more unstable than before.

What I would like is more bullets for my weapon. I'm running low. As a precaution.

There is some ammunition stored at the Guard Headquarters. Given the circumstances, Henry or Maketh may be willing to supply you with a small amount. But hopefully the matter will be resolved before you have need of it.

[Seel didn't need a weapon to be dangerous, but there were situations where a gun would become a necessity, places where his own abilities might not work. Besides, it made him feel better.]
