[Anakin is nursing a burned leg - thanks, fire - looking like his usual peppy, happy self.]

Eclipse, leave it alone. [He shows a curious cat sniffing said leg and coaxes it into his lap. Another cat, one that is smaller, with a face that is almost too adorable for words follows in Eclipse's dainty footsteps, laying over Anakin's leg. There. That's better, right?]

Thank you, Ravager. [No, really. This is the terrifying Darth Vader. With a pair of sweet cats.]

I swear this is the last I do for you, Hadriel. Unless there is a burning building filled with cats, you are on your own.

[Cats > People. Obviously.]

Hux? Are you alive? [That's a nice way of checking on someone, right?] Maedhros? Fingon? What about you?

[Hux laughed as Anakin stripped naked, shaking his head with amusement. Playing strip poker with Darth Vader himself was something that he never thought he would do but here he was. Life was strange.]

Alright, you can put your clothes on. Perhaps next time we play you'll win.

[he finished off his glass of whiskey, nearly falling over in the process of trying to find his shirt.]

[It's a first, that's for sure! Anakin might be a little red in the face, but he refuses to hide himself. He won't be a sore loser. ~~This time.~~]

Kind of you. [He too stumbles picking up his clothes and tugging them on. The pants especially are...a challenge.]

Whoa.

[Getting dressed while drunk wasn't going to happen so he just tugged his shirt on before laying out on the couch. It was Kylo's so it was big enough to go down to his hips.

He was pleasantly drunk, this was much better than spending the evening cleaning out his room. He looked up at Anakin, slouching down into the couch.]

[Anakin manages his pants - through some miracle - but the tunic just won't...cooperate. He finally gives up and almost - almost - tumbles onto Hux. With a chuckle, he lands on the seat beside him, pushing his hair out of his face.]

Good game.

[Like Ren, Anakin outweighed him by a bit so he was grateful Anakin managed to avoid crushing him. He lay on his side a bit, leaning against the arm of the couch comfortably.]

You were indeed a worthy adversary.

[It's the muscle. Not that Hux has anything to complain about in that respect. Anakin is just...built to fight.]

I think, honestly, the whiskey won.

Imagine if we played a serious game while sober. [He laughed, stretching out carefully. Living here had made it easier for him to become more comfortable showing emotions like this, it was a strange thing for him but at the same time, it felt good.]

It would be ruthless. [Hux has a good laugh. Anakin stretches out his legs and rests an arm behind his head.] I still say it's mostly luck. Or cheating.

[He yawned as he closed his eyes, shifting to try to get more comfortable.]

Oh it would be brutal. But you're most likely right, a combination of luck and cheating. We both like to win, don't we?

[Anakin's eyes fall closed and he makes an amused sound in his throat.]

We do. Winning feels much better than losing. Usually. Strangely I didn't mind being without clothes this time around.

[Because why not.]

You certainly seemed more than eager to strip off.

[He smirked as he tried to sit up slowly. The room shifted around him and while he knew he should try to make it to his room, stairs seemed too daunting at the moment.

He would have to admit defeat, sinking back into the couch.]

Maybe I was just too hot.

[Alcohol does cause that warming sensation. Oh and Anakin is shameless.

The galaxy is shocked. Not.]

Stay put. [He used the Force to drape a blanket over Hux.] You're safe.

[Despite being drunk, Hux heard Anakin loud and clear. He wasn't used to hearing that, not like this. He wasn't sure what to say for a moment before nodding, pulling the blanket up.]

Thank you. [He meant it, he knew Anakin had no obligation to him especially if Ren was gone. He was too drunk to ask why for now, he wasn't sure if he would be able to do with the answer.]

[Once Anakin cares for someone, it is usually a done deal. One of the reasons he "hates" Obi-Wan so much is because he cares for him intensely and the thought that his Master could betray him hurts enough to drive him into insanity. Of course what he feels for Hux is considerably less intense, so he can be more...logical. Realistic.]

No problem. [Meanwhile he takes himself to a nearby chair, collapsing into it and propping his feet up on a footrest. This is as far as he can go too.]

[Hux looked at Anakin for a moment before his eyes slipped shut. It didn't take him long to fall fast asleep curled up against the arm rest of the couch, a cat eventually joining him under the blanket.]

[Anakin grins at the sight before closing his eyes again. Eclipse leaps into his lap, abandoning the fallen tunic at last. Soon, they too are fast asleep.]
