Voice 01 - Polling for Fear

[In a rather friendly voice, the broadcast begins.]

Excuse me, may I have everyone's attention, please.

I've seen alot of talk about how everyone is tired of the God's antics, and I believe I may have a solution. Well, for Mr. Fear, at least. But I think it could genuinely work.

The thing is, I need enough people for it to work.

So, here is my proposal:

What if we opened something like a club? It would be outfitted like a haunted house, and it would be a place where we could tell each other scary stories. I figured it would be alot more fun this way, and we would be getting scared willingly to feed Mr. Fear's needs. And we could all scream and laugh about it after. Who doesn't love telling scary stories, after all!

I already talked to Mr. Fear about it, and he supports it. But in order for him to construct the building and get behind it, he needs enough people who want the idea, too. So, please weigh in here! I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.

A ghost train would be wonderful, for sure! Any other ideas? I like that you're contributing.

How about people dressed as scary stuff too? Like vampires and witches and werewolves. Only... I guess we'd have to be careful about that. In case people thought they were real and tried to hurt them.

Hmm. Well, we certainly don't want real people getting hurt, but I don't think setting up substitutes would be a problem. I'm sure there's a way to get it without it being too much of a hassle or danger.

Maybe just keep it all in one place. So people know if they go there, there'll be stuff trying to scare them.

I remember a while back there was creepy stuff jumping out at us. It wasn't real - all the stuff just disappeared - but it happened everywhere, and people were really freaked out and angry because they didn't know what was real. But if it's in one place and there are people making sure no real monsters get in it should work better than that.

Yes, that's a perfect idea! You're really good at this. Maybe we should anoint you as our organization specialist. You seem to know what you're doing.

[Look, someone already picked on him to take the role of the "organization leader". He doesn't want it (mostly because he doesn't want titles or to be told he's capable of such). So... if he puts Duck in control of that, and especially since Duck seems to know what he's doing, he doesn't have to make the rules and can just happily enhance them for someone else.]

You think? That'd be awesome! [ Duck's never organised anything in his life, and definitely never been told he's good at something like that. It can't be that hard though, right? ]

[Okay, nope. Even he can't say that with a straight face. Good thing this is voice and not video. Though he might hear a slightly tickled sense of humour in the back of Tatara's voice. Mr. Duck just sounds weird. Sorry, Duck, he doesn't mean anything by it. He honestly meant the utmost respect when he said it the first time.]

But yes, I'd certainly love to make you our Organization Specialist if Mr. Fear approves of this. I promise to keep you informed.
