[The broadcast starts with Jo centered pretty well, and she's talking up a storm. Well, for a few moments anyway. The video, despite her lips moving, is silent and she stops mid-sentence to clear her throat.

Her voice does not return and her expression falls, a frown settling itself firmly on her face. Fuck. Something was wrong. Actually she wasn't sure if she couldn't speak or hear, but both were troublesome.

The video ends abruptly. Seconds later, a text follows.]

Is it safe? What's going on?

[ Humans have complained about the sensation of being healed before, and this is something more than that. Pell? [It almost doesn't sound like her, raspy and quiet, but it's close. She takes a breath and clears her throat.]
