Probably not the best time for this, but I have to ask now that I've poked around a little. How many of you here are older than, say, a thousand years or so? I'm just curious.
On another note, what are your thoughts on the... captors, I suppose, feeding on the various emotions as it were? Such a thing isn't really... uncommon where I'm from, so it's always interesting to see a new side to it from those not as familiar. We have another name for them, as well, but that is something I'll leave to all of you to be curious about.
Though I'm sure someone here could enlighten you on the term if she so felt inclined.

I'll say that's actually rather refreshing to hear. There's pros and cons to it, but if you get something of similar value, then why be mad?

It can get frustrating sometimes, but- I get it. Why they do it. I don't think a lot of people know what it's like when 'hurting' other people is the only way you can survive.
