Video 2 (Backdated to the 12th)
[the video opens on an awkward looking teenage girl, sitting cross-legged on a bed, wearing a tank top and a pair of shorts. she's holding a sheathed sword in her lap.
finally, she speaks]
Okay. I'm looking for someone to teach me how to fight. Fist-fighting, martial arts, swordfighting, guns, I don't care. I'm just sick of everyone else fighting my battles for me.
I guess that's about it. Just--lemme know if you can help. Thanks.

Also, I'm a smith. I make weapons, so you'll have your own as soon as I have a chance to craft some for you.
video
Yes. Awesome. All of the above, please. Thanks.
[raises an eyebrow curiously] Seriously? Damn. You've got all kinds of skills, don't you?
video
Seriously. I'm an Elf, and we live a long time. So we have lots of time to develop our skills.
Say, what about that sword you have there? That looks crafted by a master!
video
That's gotta be kinda nice. [considers a moment] I guess I'm gonna have a lot of time to learn, too.
[she blushes] I found it in the armory. It's--based on a sword I saw in a movie I really like, so when I saw it, I had to have it.
video
Sometimes it is nice to live for millennia. On the whole, I'm glad I have. You too are long-lived?
[ Chuckles. ] I'll bet there are a lot of people who would have grabbed that sword if they had known it was there. Good thing you got there first! What was the movie?
video
On the whole? [looks self-conscious] Uh, yeah. Kind of. I'm technically immortal as long as I'm here. Back home, it's another story.
Maybe. It's kind of from a niche filmmaker. People either love 'im or they don't. And the movie's called "Kill Bill, Part One." Never got to see Part Two.
video
I've never seen a movie, but I've heard people describe them. It sounds a little like an art form we Elves know of. We don't call it anything, but I suppose it could be described as Elvish film or theatre -- the ability to project a dream or a vision into somebody else's mind. Not all Elves do this, but I've tried it.
[ What an awesome idea -- giving such a production a TITLE! ]
KILL BILL? [ He grins. ] If Bill gets killed in Part One, what happens to him in Part Two? He must be having a really bad day!
video
Seriously? That sounds cool. Though, some dreams can get a little gnarly.
Nah, he doesn't die in Part One. A bunch of other people do, though. I assume he gets it in Part Two, but I died before I got to see it.
