[Evie's sitting outside, blond hair covering part of her face, even as she watches the ground before her; her power being poured into it. She was watching to make sure that the plant before her grew. Though she does give a small smile. Almost like a proud mother.
Though something has been bugging her a bit.]
I don't know if it's just me, but I'm curious. Has anyone had a loved one show up but not remember things that you do? My husband is here but he doesn't remember what I do. In fact, he's really far behind what I know and I don't know if I should tell him what happened or if that would change things for his future. Our future.
So if something like that were to happen to you, what would you do?

I'm in a similar situation, only I'm the one that doesn't remember. It should be okay to tell him? He'll probably wanna know, especially if something happens that involves him.
Annd if what my friends have told me is true, I don't think him knowing stuff here will change things back home.
Re: video
I don't know if he wants to know or not. Things were... complicated back home.
[Considering what they were didn't help either.]
How do we know for a fact that it won't change things back home though? If I tell him here, is he going to forget when he gets back home if that ever happens?
video
I don't know, if you were in his position, would you wanna know?
Re: video
audio;
It might change things, it might not. I don't know if people remember home when they go back? You might have to ask someone who has.
Re: audio;
It's a matter of if he'll listen or not. Especially considering our past.
So you've never been back home to know if what you know could change things?
audio;
And yeah, no. I couldn't change anything anyway considering my circumstances back home, so.

It's kinda happening to most of my group; we're all from different times, but it's usually different by like, minutes or a couple hours. [Very, very important minutes, and very, very important hours, but still.]
One is from months ahead and the shit she told me--
[It wasn't good. It wasn't--]
I'm glad I know, but shit, I want to change all of it. [Even if he really can't.]
Re: [voice]
That's messed up with how many people that's happening to.
[She gives a soft sigh]
For me and my husband, it's been years. I'm years ahead of him and I'm not sure, yet, if he's willing to listen or not.
[voice]
[Especially when it leads to secrets.]
Years? Do you have proof or anything you can show him?

Hm. Has he asked to hear about anything from his future? Figuring out whether he'd want to know is a good start.
no subject
No, he's not. Considering our past and what part of it he's from, I doubt that he will either.
no subject
Wait and see, maybe? Or make the offer but if he doesn't want to know, leave it at that. From what I hear about others who've left and come back, I'm not sure anything we do here affects what happens somewhere else, anyway.

Or it was supposed to be.
Re: video
[She listens to Abby and frowns slightly.]
What do you mean it was supposed to be? What happened to him?

[ And then a faint chuckle. ] A couple of things happened: another friend used a spell to modify his memory. I don't recommend that, it doesn't tend to end well for anyone involved. If you've got any restoration spells, though, that might work to fix his memory?
Re: audio;
So in Feywild they make you forget?
[She was curious on that and didn't like the sound of it.]
I don't have spells like that and I wouldn't do that to Aric. It would just make him hate me more.
no subject
[ There's a little chuckle at that. ]
Yeah, I'm definitely not recommending the modify memory. Most every time I've seen it used, it's gone poorly. Restoration, though, tends to help. You don't have anything like that one, instead?

[She knows from experience.]
Re: Video
Have you gone back?
[She doesn't like the idea of not remembering. That sounds far too dangerous especially considering their past.]
Video
Others have. They don't remember this.

I don't know what things you've experienced, but...I'd tell him. It's hard to be left in the dark.
[She knows this from painful experience.]
Re: video;
It's weird especially when your husband is from the past and hates your guts.
[Past lives were a bitch]
There's something that I want to tell him but considering what part of time he's from, I'm not sure I could. Or even should.

Before they died? I'm sorry. That sounds like it would be a hard thing for you to handle.
