[Evie's sitting outside, blond hair covering part of her face, even as she watches the ground before her; her power being poured into it. She was watching to make sure that the plant before her grew. Though she does give a small smile. Almost like a proud mother.

Though something has been bugging her a bit.]

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm curious. Has anyone had a loved one show up but not remember things that you do? My husband is here but he doesn't remember what I do. In fact, he's really far behind what I know and I don't know if I should tell him what happened or if that would change things for his future. Our future.

So if something like that were to happen to you, what would you do?

[Her borrow furrows at that.]

...yeah, I don't know anything about what to do for that. Maybe ask the gods when they feel chatty?

Oh, fuck no. But you can learn a lot from what people say, even if they're full of shit. I'd still go with the clinic first, though.

I'm Aren and this bath-needing doggie is Barkspawn.

[Barkspawn whines at mention of a bath, but she looks unmoved.] What, it's true.

[The mabari makes an unconvinced noise, and Aren shoves him gently.]

That's what I keep telling him. He may be smart but he's such a baby.

Sorry, I typo'd.

[Barkspawn responds with a disbelieving grunt, even as he perks up a little.]

Bribes always help, it's true. I try not to make them all about food, though, it's too dangerous around here to be a tubby mabari.
